I am so grateful that massage gives me a way to share my reverence for the power of loving touch and to offer this as a service to my community. I find that touch conveys feelings and expressions that are beyond words, and that depth of communication is unique within every session I offer. Whether working with pain, moving stuck lymph and energy, increasing body awareness, or encouraging relaxation, touch is extremely powerful for me and I feel so honored to hold this space for others.
My focus is on helping my clients connect more deeply to their bodies and to move any physical and energetic blockages held there. I offer Ayurvedic lymphatic massage, which includes warm towels and stones, gua shas, dry cupping, and manual massage techniques to help create more flow in the body. I also offer Women’s Embodiment Massages, which can include these lymphatic techniques as well as breast and abdominal massage. I believe that contacting the whole body in this way has the possibility to bring deep healing to these feminine and vulnerable parts of ourselves.
I offer sliding scale prices to support those who would normally not be able to afford this healing work. I believe everyone should have access to healing services regardless of economic status. I am especially interested in working with women and mothers.
